Yes, Sugar is completely white. You don't often see white ones in pet stores but I don't think it is really rare. Several people on a budgie forum I belong to have them.

Feel free to post lots of photos
- the Budgie needs more spot-light with all the big guys being so impressive & all.

I always check out all the birds at the stores. I saw a white Budgie the other day - it's eyes were red - but are Sugar's?

I've always been curious about this too - Sugar's eyes don't look red in the pics. Does this means he's not an albino?
