Gotta love it!! Non- bird people just wake up to a note on the table from the spouse saying "Have a good day, see you tonight" and an empty coffee cup!

Can't wait to hear the rest of the story.

, isn't that the truth Karen.
I simply adore these little parrots called Keets, Please don't take my words wrong, I love all my birds, but these little ones have stole my heart.
Thats 4 in the last 2 weeks, I hope they are relinquished and not being baby sat, but in any case, I sure will enjoy them.

Oh they are so pretty, I hope you get to keep them but if they are just being babysat at least you can enjoy them while they are there. I too adore budgies, I love to listen to their little chatter, it makes me smile. On a side note.... Arty I just LOVE that sparkling budie emblem you have that is posted under the budgie pics, may I please save that to my desktop? It's really beautiful.

Very nice Budgies.

It does concern me however the look of their cage. For me the perches are placed all wrong - no exercise or diversity - one on top of the other & the whole length of the cage. Look at the pretty green one - clinging to the swing when he could be hopping up & down & across the cage if the perches were in the opposite direction & there were at least 4 perches to choose from [ i guess i'm describing Laker's cage - we all feel we do the best - right!?]

Hope the Budgie Story is a good one Arty. Enjoy them. Just how much space do you have for all these new comers?

Deb you can keep anything you want that I post.
Well, My Rescue room downstairs has a in-flight cage big enough to house 2 humans..... ...but it is for my Keets...
Then I have many...many spare cages...still have plenty of room and provisions...but all the cleaning.....I spent 3 hours today just cleaning the Kitchen...from last nights 9 pm birds out of cage time, the dinning room, where Pickles & Athena are caged, then the living room where most out of cage activities occur while the wife is making toys and watching TV, this is also where buddy is caged, one of our male Tiels, then the bird room, 6 very large cages where Sammy, Andy, Tanks, Tucker, Ceaser, Molly, Romeo, Bonnie are caged...sometimes....
Now I guess I better clean the downstairs Bird Room, where Sachmo, Peepers, Clyde, Juliet, and 14 Keets are caged....
Tomorow..."the Pigeon Loft".....
Fun Fun Fun.....
