I think the 2 lads are a bit neglected - what with Bunny the Grey visiting.

So ......
I am working on the 'putor & along they come. Laker runs up my arm, followed by Rio. Then they take off & Laker sneaks back to my shoulder. When Rio finds us he stands in front of me & puffs out - chatting like crazy. I look at Laker & say, 'he's seems upset. Are you my sweetheart?' Laker reached up on his toes gave me a 'kiss' in the cheek & flew off, Rio in pursuit!

I sure wish I could let my budgies fly around.
I remember past ones I had were never in their cages.

Susan, what about letting your budgies out in a bedroom (a room that can easily be closed off), even for an hour a day? I'm sure they would enjoy it.

Yes he is soooooooooooo sweet. & Yes my heart was about to burst out of my chest. That is, as soon as I got over the shock. It wasn't exactly a beaking, he kind of tasted my cheek.

I'm really enjoying Bunny - because she's in the opposite part of our place I'm quite torn about where I should be spending my time. Both Laker & Rio are kind of getting the short end of the stick. Because they can fly around - when the office is open I don't feel too badly. Bunny is all alone so I am spending more time in the living room.

I think it will be a bit of a relief when things return to normal. I am very used to my routine. Thank goodness Bunny's a good guest.
