I was watching one of Sarah's videos and you know how 'You Tube' is; you can't watch just one. So I happened on this video where the one Budgie just isn't getting the messages and body language being sent by the other Budgie!

I've seen that one before - that dude looked just like Winston, nearly identical.

I have to say I looked at the name of who uploaded that video more than once, it looked so much like Winston!

Poor fellow looked like he really needed a pal. Apparently he passed away before getting one.

He was a beauty - very like Winston.

More than 1! ~ Now that I have 2 Budgies I can't imagine having only 1 - certainly not for too long. & now we have 2 I still check out the ads - am I thinking of another or more? - just daydreaming probably. We already have a hard time walking down our hallways without getting harassed by dive-bombing Budgies.... but more would be glorious.

& I agree - you can't just watch one video on Utube - certainly not if its Budgies!

Dave and I feel the same way now too, that we wouldn't have just one after seeing what 2 are like - Dave sometimes talks on and on that we should have 8 or 10 budgies. But my goodness I can barely keep up with TWO!

But they are so much fun to watch that it's very tempting to consider more.

Multiple budgies are fun, but they seem to get braver in numbers. It is getting quite difficult to feed them in the morning because you first have to remove budgies from the dish and ring before you can put it in because toes can get pinched.

I can imagine! My two are pretty persistent about their food these days too - as soon as they see me heading for the kitchen they're tailing me close behind! They monitor all food that is being prepared and try to sneak bites before it's finished

That was a cute short on utube about Jerry the Budgie..I wish I knew where she got that toy birdy. It would be cute to get one for Tobi to play with. I've looked in different places around here, but so far came up with nothing...
