Thanks for all the links - I used to have a few of them on my computer only to loose most of them to a crash this fall.
Lisa Shea's website has been very helpful - with taming & training & looking after your Budgie. Although i am not too keen on her Budgie Cage.
Holistic birds appeased me on the cage issue - lots of horizontal bars!

They all state the Budgie should have a pal so the debate around our house continues.
