Talking Ooh, Ooh, Scritches!!

Chico let me scritch him! I was standing in front of his cage telling him he was a good boy, kissing my fingers and petting the cage bars in front of him, and he came up close, bowed his head down, and accepted some scritches!! I know it ain't much, but that's a lot sooner than I was expecting!

Yep, that's huge progress for the lovely Chico. It shows that he likes you and has started becoming comfortable with you. Has he puffed his Amazon scent for you yet?

I think he knows he's in a safe place where he will be loved and well cared for. This is exciting!
