Thanks guys, we've had a bunch of repeat sessions, so it definitely wasn't a fluke! I do believe the boy is looking for love and attention. Don't know if I'm ready to try for Amazon kisses just yet though.

But usually people say there is a honeymoon period for a couple/few weeks upon moving to a new home, where the bird tends to be on their best behavior until they settle in, right? Not to knock your excellent progress at all Nate, but I wonder if other Zon owners noticed a honeymoon period??

As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure he has. While scritching him this afternoon i caught a couple of whiffs of an unfamiliar sort of musky smell. Never having experienced it before I'm not certain, but all of a sudden it was there, and a little bit later there it was again.
