Maybe i have missed some threads about this subjects but what is with greys and toes?

For the first few weeks i noticed jazz always looking down at my legs. I thought he was looking at my comfy pants that are cow like spotted. Well soon after he was down on the floor and all of the sudden just charged at my toes. Yeah, at first it's funny but now it is an obsession!

For awhile when we were hanging out on the couch i covered my toes with a blanket but you all know how intelligent they are.. he knows they are under the blanket! He gets in such a tizzy i cannot even reach for him without getting a pretty good clamp down on my finger.

When i see him looking for my toes i just distract him with something else other wise it's toes on his mind for awhile.

Jazz turned 1 april 1st and soon i will be uploading pictures and stories of the quirky things he does. What a " i want it now little boy. If i'm not fast enough he reaches down and nips my finger! Yes people, he is back to being nippy!!
Actually the last few days he's been a sweetie with no nips so i hope it continues!

Libby loves playing on the floor. The first thing she does is go after ny feet.
Maybe it is a Grey thing.

I dunno...Maple has a toe obsession. She laughs at you when you jump around to get out of the way. I have learned to either wear shoes or slippers in the house so when she tries to bite toes you can't feel it, then she gets no reaction and the behaviour has slowed down a little. But if she sees naked toes...watch out!

Do you paint your toenails? Toes are rather pretty! LOL

Nope, don't paint mine lol...for that exact reason...don't need her getting paint in her mouth hehe.

Ollie is obsessed with toes. Thank goodness she's not comfortable running around the floor or we'd have a problem. When we play on the bed it becomes a game with the covers, although it's definitely not funny if she actually gets ahold of a toe! Dakota loves toes also, although he prefers to sit on my foot and lovingly kiss them, lol!

I think all birds like toes if they can reach. I am not sure that toes are part of us too far from a face.

I think all birds find our toes & feet fascinating.


...even Budgies. When I'm working they will run on the floor & nibble my heels even.
Budgies are not as scary as Greys tho.

My friend's Sennie will race around & nip her toes if she thinks she's going out.

Harrison is obsessed with toes too...she will do anything to get at a toe. She's a little freak!!

Ahhh.. happy (?) to hear it is just not my own little "freak"
