I was finally able to get a couple videos of my CAG, Riley talking and I put them on You Tube. She usually says alot more, but I guess she was being camera shy yesterday. Tiki REFUSES to talk if the camera is pointing toward him, but in the video marked Riley & Tiki, it's a video of Riley, but you can hear Tiki talking a tiny bit in the background. I think all you can hear him saying though is his name and maybe "Come Here" Here's the link to my You Tube videos.....

Your site is a hoot - & I'm not just talking about the funny noises Riley makes!

I love his cage - it is really unusual. Does he use the other areas? When Bunny [Grey] was here, she used the food area almost exclusively & sometimes she'd go on the big swing. Her favourite spot was outside the cage.

Riley mainly stays on that side of her cage. She isn't too fond of the area under the "balcony". She only ventures down to that side to get a drink, because that's where I put her water bottle. I have three of her favorite types of toys down there - the shredable kind - but she ignores them. She does love the playtop on her balcony though. I was considering selling this cage and buying her just a regluar one with a playtop. Maybe if I win 1st place in the Dr. Fosters photo contest I will splurge and pay the extra.

Jazz has the same exact cage and now i really wish i would have just got a normal square cage. It is sorta difficult to clean. When i first put jazz in i too bought a corner perch like rileys and he was there constantly but now he seems to only use the tall area. When he is out of his cage and just hanging out resting i wonder if he is comfortable perching slanted. Also all his toys hang down in the front so he is always upside down playing. I am going to keep an eye out for a good sale. At 400.00 it is sorta just hard to toss this cage aside.

I know what you mean - I paid $700 for Riley's except hers in SS and plus I got a free playstand. The same cage on the same site now cost about $1300. The local bird mart is in 2 weeks, except they never have SS cages there. I am hoping that I could get $300 or $400 for her cage since it is SS if I ever did sell it.
