Hello all my AG friends...

I just thought I'd tell you all how Harrison has been doing. Perhaps the vet just mentioning clipping her wings to get rid of the biting scared her enough that she stopped biting. Or, maybe it was a phase? Or...who knows. She seems less territorial too. I have been paying more attention to how I am with her and I've been watching her body language...all around, she just seems to have stopped all the aggression. Before, when she'd bite, it seemed like she was doing it just to do it and get a reaction out of me. Or she seemed to think it was funny for some reason. She also would NEVER step-up for me from her play stand...to get her off of it, we'd have to go through this whole song and dance..but now, she steps up for me. . All around, she just seems better. But, I really don't know why....but I guess I shouldn't complain...she's my sweet lil girl again and I love it!!

I want to thank you all for your support through that bad spell. You were all so understanding and were not judging me and I really appreciate it. It's nice to know I can come here for support and not be judged.

That's wonderful Heather! You may have been dealing with some spring Hormones that have passed now.

We love Harrison! Ruby says "you are a good bird!"

I figured she was just being a grey! The moods will come and go often over the years. But now you will be prepared.

That is great news. IT might have been a hormonal thing & it may have been all the changes you started + all the attention she's been getting.
