Default Talking Female TAG

I understand that it depends on the individual bird and that he/she may not talk much or at all. When a female TAG talks does she talk as well as a male TAG or is there a difference?

Thank you.

I don't believe they are the same as a Budgie (although many female Budgies talk just as well). Makes no differance if it's male or female...Greys Talk depending on the individual bird and how much attention and training they get.

I agree with Susan -- gender really does not matter. I have 2 female CAGs and one has an extensive vocabulary and the other mimics noises and sounds (they are housed together btw). Just depends on the bird...

I agree, depends on the individual bird IME. My best talking bird is a female CAG.

Same here... both my females are my best talkers. My boys are better at sound effects.

I have never heard that it makes any difference. Scarlett has said a few things here and there but hasn't really started talking yet. But she is mumbling constantly so I think it is coming very soon.

I have a talking female budgie. She does not say a lot that we can hear, but she is talking.
