Default Scarlett isn't coming home this weekend :(

Well she didn't wean this week. She is on half a feeding still and they haven't seen her drink any water yet. They said they wait 1 week after they have weaned to send them home. I am bummed she isn't coming home but I want her to come home healthy. Everyone please say a prayer that she weans soon and can come join her family!

Every creature matures at their own rate - just hope when she's home she's all ready for you - I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I'm glad to hear they're being careful with her.

Me too! They are such great breeders, they really love their birds. We will wait as long as it takes for her to come home healthy and ready to be on her own. We just miss her!

The waiting has to be difficult. But I have to commend everyone involved that this babies best interest is first and foremost. I hope time flies by for you and she weans soon!

Thats the key to reputable breeders, they love there birds, the welfare of there birds come first, Great job in finding such a breeder.
I can feel your anxiety to bring your little charge home, Soon enough you will have your little one with you, I look forward to your stories and pictures, now you have me in the world of anxiety...LOL
