While I was sitting on the couch watching TV, Riley my CAG was sitting on her pellet bowl eating. Bianca, my toy poodle, is always checking out Riley’s seed catcher in hopes of finding dropped food. Riley’s food bowls are on the lower half of the cage, so when she sits on them she is about a foot above Bianca. Well Bianca walks up towards the front of Riley’s cage, but she won’t look inside the seed catcher, because Riley is too close to her, even though she is inside the cage and Bianca is safe on the other side (she is scared to death of Riley), so she just hangs back. After a few minutes Riley looks down at her and says “Hellllooooo!” Bianca took a couple steps backwards and walked around to the side of Riley’s cage (the side where Riley was sitting), she was a little braver this time and got a little closer and this time Riley looks down at her and says “What are you doing?” and Bianca turned and ran back towards me as fast as she could. I started cracking up and told Bianca that Riley was just trying to be nice and talk to her! LOL

I love it. That is so funny. Great story! I giggled!

Now if only the dog could talk so we could hear her version of "The bird's talkin' to me Mom!"
