I've got 6 greys here - 5 CAG's and one TAG. Of those, only 2 talk...Jodi is the smart one, Abbey the smart-a#$.
Abbey has walked up to the baby greys and asked "Are you a pirate? I'm a pirate! Are you?" AYE! I's a pirate! is what she says most, followed by
"Come 'er you crazy nut!", said while running away from us... This week she started saying "HELLO! You Crazy nut!"
Both Abbey and Jodi scold each other - but Jodi is the master..she waits until Abbey is playing w/ a toy, then starts screaming "ABBEY! NO! NONONONONO! BAD GIRL!"
They both call one of our cats - Goober - on a regular basis, and ask "Where is Goober? Is Goober up? (from the basement) Did you lock Goober up?"
both say "I love you", but mostly Jodi.
My favorite Jodi story... Dh's sister stayed here for 3 weeks in December. She is a *very large* woman. I walked in the kitchen one morning, complaining about the jeans I was wearing...They were a size 2. My SIL looked at and said "They fit that way because your butt is so huge"
The next time SIL walked into the living room, Jodi cocked her head, looked my 250 lb SIL in the eye and said...
"How big are you are?"
ROFL... Gotta love those greys....
Anyway..they've got the AYE! I's a pirate! down, so we are now working on
"yo ho yo ho, life of a pirates for me"...They both sing YO YO YO YO...Abbey sings that then says "you crazy nut!" Jodi sings it and says "how big are you are?"
We can't figure out why she adds the "are" at the end...must be a grey thing...
Jodi has picked up "F*&^ it" from me, though she mumbles it like I do, so most people would not understand what she is saying... I have to be extremely careful what I say around both of them, but especially Jodi. I just know at the most inappropriate time...well...
Greys are awesome.....
