Here's a pic of Buddy, our 11 year old rehome Black Lab cross. He weighs in at 105 pounds. Other than occasional seizure, his only shortcoming is a terrible, overwhelming fear of the vet. He has to be knocked out for any procedure, as he is simply violent and uncontrollable. Muzzling is out of the question, because as soon as he sees the muzzle, he goes right off the deep end. Here at home, or anywhere out in public other than a vet's office, he's just the biggest sweetheart. Anyone can stick their hand in the car window to pet him. He devotes a great deal of time to "patrolling the perimeter" of our fenced back yard in search of trespassing squirrels. Luckily at his age, he's not fast enough to actually catch them. He's just a really good boy!
