Those photos are really amazing! I have heard of these hawks before. It totally blows my mind how well they adapted to city living. Thanks so much for sharing!

Thanx for looking. Some of the stories are quite interesting, some sad....like when they removed the nest because tenants of the building complained. Among the tenants that fought to have the nest returned were Mary Tyler Moore & Woody Allen. We're talking Manhattan people...these are upper class birds....lol

I have followed Palemale's life as well Gayla. Truly a wonderful story that gives me some hope. Amongst all the bad things that mankind does, its nice to know that sometimes we try to do the right thing!
