It's a Schifflera (Umbrella tree). The birds just love the berries!

We have them here (as house plants) but they never get berries (or at least mine don't).

So what happens to them when the cold weather hits?

They stay green but no more berries. We do have other year round flowering plants in the back yard like bottlebrush and grevilleas to attract birds. My birds get a real kick out of watching them too!
