Although he's always been very gentle with his beak with me, it is big enough to do some real damage to her. Now that Tausi is becoming flighted, I'm hoping that the situation might actually improve somewhat in that perhaps he'll discover that he can just fly away when she's being a pest. Hopefully he won't take that to the next level and pursue her with an eye to teaching her a lesson!
You have the same issues that I have with Jerry and Lulu! Jerry, although smaller, is such a little pest to her (he just wants to play), and she wants absolutely nothing to do with him. They are both flighted and Lulu still hasn't figured out that she can simply fly away from him! When she flies, he does try to fly after her, but she can out-fly him.

So yeah, I know all about the constant supervision!

2 species: What a shame for both of you - & both of you are such excellent Parronts.

Regarding the cage thing - wish there was some perfect cage out there. Wish i had the skills to make my own & not have it look like a dog's breakfast.

Love the stands - both - but my favourite have the natural pieces of wood. Laker loves the first attempt at a gym i made him [scavenged tree branches]. I'm still dealing with balance issues, cause it can fall over when he takes off or lands. I think he does it on purpose sometimes, as it will fall into the mirror on the dresser.
