#22 | | | Re: Parrot Carriers and Backpacks You know, I brought my Rosa to the vet today, and I saw a woman who had made a carrier for her huge cat with a huge tail, out of two plastic laundry baskets. She had the cat in one, and the other was fitted on top like a big, domed lid. She used some plastic ties to bind it together. It was really ingenious, and I thought, 'That would be great for the macaws'. Except of course it's cold here and these laundry baskets were sort of open, lattice work affairs. She told me that her cat's tail was so huge (and it was!) and he didn't like it squished up, so she invented this concept. I was so impressed! (you guys must think I get easily impressed but people who are inventive, ask good questions, are very knowledgeable and/or are skilled and resourceful are impressive, don't you think?) |

i agree, i love good questions and neat ideas! |
