LoL, I wont really yell at him just bust his balls...Mark is a very nice guy..The feeder system on his cages is amazing..and soooo much easier than having a little stainless steel bowl that you have to worry about the bird popping out of its little circle loop,lol. His cages are Def worth the money, they hold up and there is no need for replacement years down the road-like the cheaply made cages from china. Which are now under scrutiny because of the possibility of high levels of lead in the paint. SO be glad you bought a stainless steel cage lol. I'm going to have my cages lead levels tested ASAP !
Let me know how you like it when it arrives, Mark should send that big beatiful custom Hyacinth cage my way... That cage is a monster...My macaws would have a ball and not break it like the cheap cages I have...
