Default Cool "Big Boy" Toy

S.S. Rainbow Blocks Mega 30" Refillable Toy with one Refill Kit

i just ordered this for ivy, been eyeing it for a while. it's HUGE! 30" long with 60 1.5" thick wood pieces. and it comes with a refill kit. it also looks like it would be easy to refill with your own parts/pieces. ivy is a buzz saw, so i think this will be perfect for her! just $56.23 on sale, which i think is a good deal since you are getting basically 2 toys plus a base for later refills.

oh, and there is a 25% off sale on toys at theperchstore.net this weekend

Thanks for the heads up. That's a awesome deal for what you're getting. I luv that it's refillable. I just can't say enough good about the two I had here. I gave both of mine away for Christmas...cuz' I got tired of the begging. I need to re-order a couple more myself.

I have this toy. Or what is left of it I should say. It was sooo big, I was able to break it down into 3 toys! They have been working on it for over a year now. Theres plenty of wood left on it in spite of the fact that its substantially chewed. The hardware foundation allows you to reuse it over and over with many types of replacement pieces. The color on the wood does rub off on them though. Every now and then I forget that. I see a blue beak and think "OH MY GOD! Has he lost some sort of circulation!!!" lol Then the red die "ok, WHERE ARE YOU BLEEDING FROM!" lol...

ivy had a toy like that at one point. the inside of her beak was all red and it made my heart skip. then i saw a wood chip pile and sighed with relief!

i can imagine you breaking that up into 3 different toys for your little guys. i will have to time ivy to see how fast she saws through this. she can crack wood blocks in one chomp when she wants to.

this came in the mail a while back. i followed in leigh's footsteps and made two toys out of this. (it would have taken up sooooo much room in her cage, plus it's SUPER heavy) i hung the small segment from ivy's gym this afternoon, and she went to work on it right away. looks like it's a hit! it's really well made with BRIGHT colors. so nice that it came with a refill too. even when that's gone, it looks easily refillable with my own parts. so much fun

That looks like a good retail price for the toy. We buy most of ours wholesale or from Staker Bird Toys home of Mother Pluckin' Bird Toys they have good prices and great shipping. The favorite of our birds besides the "Atom" is the refillable stainless steel spirals.
