Default Re: Avian Adventures SS Hacienda Cage, Should I?

Sweet Missi - I am not sure of my brand of cage - really big with slide out "drawer" for food bowls. Quite expensive - but Ruby is never in it. She sleeps in it, but that is really all. So I don't think the cage matters that much, unless they will be in it alot. Ruby really doesn't even play with her toys in her cage. She has a couple of toys that are refillable that she empties and then checks out all the hiding places where I hide her nuts, but other than that she could probably do the same in a parakeet cage. ha!

Welllllllllllllllllll MY only issue is that I work a tad over 40 hours a week. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. if counting driving time ) Sooooooooo I think that's being gone a long time and the Macaw being in the cage a long time???
