Default Anyone have Avian Adventures Cage?

Can anyone offer feedback on Avian Adventures Cages? good or not so good

What do you like, what would you improve, would you buy another?

I'm thinking about one for my new TAG (Mediana Dometop), but I don't know anyone who's had them.

I have one and highly recommend them. Mine has the gold knob on each latch that you can turn and it will tighten down so the bird cannot escape. I have never had a bird escape from that cage. I just wish mine was big enough for my cockatoo -- my master escape artist!! LOL

Have any of your birds been able to remove and dump the dishes?

My U2 takes great pleasure in doing this! So, I've been thinking about buying a bigger AA model for her and using her cage for the TAG.

Thanks for the feedback!

My cage was bought for my ekkie, Charley. Throw a food dish? Like most ekkies, he wouldn't attempt to do that unless it was empty!! LOL (In case you didn't know, ekkies are like little piggies with wings!) Since his bowls are refreshed morning and night, he is a happy camper! Nope, no thrown bowls in that cage!

My Avian Adventures cage is solidly built and well-designed, in addition to being secure.

I have several. They are fabulous. No screws, either - easy to clean and they even come with touch-up paint!

Thanks Kathy!

I'm really leaning toward Avian Adventures this time. I watched the video on their home page and it looked easy enough to put together. I have until August to decide.

again...appreciate the feedback!

I have my G2 in a Chiquita model. Its not a bad cage at all. She has learned to turn the little knobs though and let herself out of the bowl doors. I have to turn them really tight to keep her in. Either way, its much better than the piece of crap A&E cages I have. Ill be getting rid of those soon!
