Here's one that I found and thought pretty cool. I am still looking to see if I can find it as a kit.

And this one isn't exactly "bird" related, but I still liked it, and is done in cross stitch.

wonderful pictures. Have you tried search engine ????looking for free patterns or ones that are already done. is there any identifying mark on the pictures.. lolol lots of questions........ but they are beauiful.

I have a lovely old book on embroidery that i got from my Mom. It shows some wonderful work done by Mrs Theodore Roosevelt, Jr. +18thC American works & 17C. European work found at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Birds are a common theme [& wonderfully colourful - Asian works are full of them] but the ones already shown here are fabulous.

Very cool!! I love the budgies the best. I will see if I can dig up some more, I am glad someone has an interest in ... needle painting other than myself. I was starting to feel a little weird there ... nothing new really, lol.
