Default Toilet fixtures?

I finally did it!
I made a natural branch play stand.
Can't keep Spanky off of it.
You'll have to wait for pics till I get back from the Optometrist though.
And, yes, I used plumbing fixtures.

2'X2' - 3/4" thick Hardwood.
3" round - 10" tall PVC.
Round thing for a toilet with a 3" hole and screw holes.
Four 3/4" wood screws.
Screw gun and chop saw.
And of course, the branch.

All I really needed to do was screw the toilet thing onto the base, put the PVC on the toilet thing and put the trunk in the other end of the PVC.

It was so easy, I want to make more.

VERY nice!!!!! Those toilet flanges are excellent for securing a branch or PVC to a stand.

Not bad - In fact it is really impressive - love the christening 'poo' on the base & bird in the tree
- are you going to change the branch part on a regular basis?
.... or continue to work on it, whittling some parts into submission? Personally I can rarely leave a project 'aux naturelle' [as nature intended] - can you? I see your Jenday is whittling already - a bird after my heart.

At the Nature store I'm working at - they have some really interesting flanges to support 4x4's - some are recycled plastic & some are metal bases, similar effect as a floor lamp. I think they got them from the lumber yard.

Susan - using a toilet flange is very unique & creative.

I'll probably leave it the way it is but change out the toys.
Boca and Libby are big babies and won't go near it.
