Personally, I serve mashed sweet potatoes, as I believe they are more nutritious. I mash them with some ripe banana and then sprinkle flax seed while the potato is still hot. Yummy!

A culinary queen? I like that! Well, the mashed sweet potato with banana I found on another avian website a couple of years ago. I serve it in the skin and add the flax seeds. Parrots get tired of the same thing every day, and message boards are great for finding new ideas on what to feed them.
