Easy Microwave Bean Dinner
Buy 15 bean soup in the dried bean isle put some in a tupperware container with water and soak over night the next day I add Long grain brown rice or pasta and cook in the microwave for about 15 min rinse in a colander and then add frozen mixed vegies. I give this to all my birds at supper time and they seem love it. I usually make enough for a couple days and keep in the fridge for 3 days in tupperware container.
