Thank you Mike. I never knew Alex either, I wish we could have met. He was a real avian ambassador, introducing thousands of people to the reality of Parrot intelligence. He will be missed, and his passing must have left a particularly large whole in the hearts of Dr. Pepperberg and her staff.
