Parrot Found/is He Yours?

i saw this on Philadelphia Craiglist.
I don't know what kind of parrot they found. We lost our greencheek and i sent them a picture, but have not heard anything back yet.
If anyone else lost a parrot around the area maybe they have him/her!
We are praying it is Abdi. if it is not, I hope someone else is able to find their lost friend.
