Awww! Great pics! Did you get him on the scale? I had a heck of a time with my 2 boys- they shifted around so much that the scale kept jumping. I estimated Mollie at 250-260 grams, and yours looks about his size, maybe smaller... Mira was around 300.

Fill your sink a quarter way, add a tablespoon of Borax, (20 mule team borax).
stir up well to dilute, hand wash the bird well, specially under the wings, you'll want to get the borax to cover the entire bird, rinse well and pat dry, this will kill the feather lice/mites...
Don't worry...if the bird drinks some of the water, no harm will come to the bird.
Repeat when giving or offering the next bath...
