I have two grey parrots in Iowa looking for homes. . I am looking for homes where they can have more out time from their cage as they are out all day here. These are well loved birds being rehomed because the I must go overseas to care for my ailing father.

Bird 1 is female 7 yrs old. Has been with me her whole life.
She is very tame,talks and whistles and does the telephone rings. She likes men. She has the run of the house and goes in her cage only at night. She loves spicy food and eats a wide variaty of foods- chicken,steak, beef, fish and shrimp. Her favorite fruits are pomegranates and grapes. She likes to chew on dry vege pasta spirals.
We want to place her in a home with a parrot loving guy.

Bird 2 is a 9 yr old male and has been with me for 3 years. He is very loving and gentle bird.
He talks , dances and whistles and does the sounds of microwave etc. .Just like bird 1, he likes all kinds of food and loves apples and grapes.

We are looking for homes with only a few birds, where these guys can get lots of love and attention. They are not bonded and and would like to place them seperatly .Again there is no shipping and the birds are in Iowa. These birds each come with cages and toys. The birds have recieved well-bird vet care and have a clean bill of health.

Well I am from Waterloo, Ia, we now live in Minnesota, but we have 29 exotics here including 2 african greys, so I guess our loving home is excluded from your desires, but I would drive down there to pick these 2 up.

Naseem just e-mailed me, apparently he lives in my home town of Waterloo, Ia.
He stated he was currently speaking with (J) from here on PC.
Naseem stated Rose and I were on his list, Sooooo we will see.

Naseem just sent me an IM, they wish to meet my wife and I, its a 5 hour drive to Waterloo, Ia from here, this is a very long round trip.
I just sent them a reply and hopefully we can meet, but it would need to be planned better, usually when the wife and I make such a long trip we plan on staying for the weekend, driving down and then back on the same day is very hard on a person...LOL
I can only hope Nassem and Family check our background, one can learn all there is to know about my Rose and I right here on PC....
I can be aggressive, I am not without error, but my love for birds is un-matched....Well, I think this way anyways...LOL
