I am glad that you like her. for taking her into your hearts.

She may not have many feathers but she is still a Cockatoo, with all the Cockatoo traits. She can be noisy and destructive. She is easy to care for but it is constant. I can't leave her outside etc. She doesn't like being left alone at home either for very long. She is very clingy.
Peggy is a great companion though, she talks to me, gives kisses, lets me stroke and kiss her.

It has taken a long time to get her out of her shell. Get her to trust me.
I think her skin is super sensitive, that is why she doesn't like being handled much. To touch it feels like an old persons skin, very soft, wrinkly but paper thin. The only real problem I have is her falling. Lots of blood loss. That can send me into a panic. Her skin just tears so easy.

Peggy is gorgeous. And I love the jumpers! You are an amazing person for doing what you do. Keep it up we need more people like it on this planet. Hugs to you both
