Default Zero VOC Paint: Sherwin Williams/Harmony Home

The above paint is "Zero VOC" and we've used it in our home w/no issues. It is durable and worked very well.

I used that to paint both the exterior of my house, my porch and a bedroom last summer with no adverse effects. Of course, I moved the fids to opposite sides of the house while the paint was wet anyway.

I seal the rooms that are to be painted with plastic sheets and vent them so the smell stays out of the rest of the house.
