Default Miss Pan's chipped Beak

I don't know whether or not I should be worried, but Pandora has somehow managed to chip the point off of her beak. She does a lot of swinging around her cage, so I guess I can expect something like that to happen.

She's fine, still swings around and plays with her toys, and she preens... So it's probably nothing.

Will it grow back at all? Hehe this stuff is so new to me.

It will grow back. Did it bleed at all? Luckily, she aleady eats a soft food diet. Beak injuries can hurt a bit and one will normally need to put a bird with a beak injury on a soft diet. Is she eating okay? You may want to delete the pellets from her powder for a day or so.

Nope, no bleeding. She's eating fine, but I'll take out her pellets for now just to be sure. Thanks a bunch. ^^

If she's doing fine with the pellets, don't worry about it. If you want to bring her in for us to take a look, we're here for you.

She will be fine. The beak may be tender for a few days so you need to offer her soft foods.
