I made an error....imagin that....LOL
I misunderstood my wife's words, she was crying fairly hard when mentioning the Liver issue, her words were chances blood was ten times its normal consistency, I guess her blood was very thick, the vet said she had to dilute it to run tests.
Rose Ann asked the vet if this was fatty liver disease, the vet said no, and reccomended a ecropsy be done.
We have suspected there was something wrong with Chance for a few years now, she has been to different vets many many times, we weren't please with the way Chance was being treated, hence the search for a reputable certified avian vet.
More important was, Chance wasn't getting better after all this time and the many treatments.
Chance twitched alot, then the wife noticed she was plucky under her wings, this bagan within the first year she was with us, this is when we began taking her for help.
The emergency vet said this is pointing to a genetic issue, I have suspected this for along time.
This was not a diet issue, this was not a water issue.
Now why would the vet reccomend we contact the breeder when the ecropsy has been completed????????????????????????????????????????? ?? |
