Yes, celery leaf is fine. The stalk is good too.

I like to get bunches of kale, collard greens, bok choy, etc. and weave them all over the bars of the cage, top and sides. I buy organic but still wash them off and weave them when they are still dripping wet. My caiques especially like to pull the greens in and do some "surfing". -- Another idea for offering fresh is to get a flour or corn tortilla, fill it with chopped fresh veggies, roll it up and hang it. This also addresses the instinct to forage.

Great idea with the tortilla! Gonna have to try that.
