Default Pro Grow?

Has anyone ever tried Pro Grow bread? I joined a Parrotlet group and several have recommended it. Was just curious if anyone here had any experience feeding it? http://www.lovenestproducts.com/

All my birds love Pro Grow. I originally bought it for my Parrotlet and she loved it and the rest of my birds hated it. Then one day my Sun Conure tried it again and liked it. Then they all started eating it.

Thanks Elizabeth! I went ahead and ordered some and it came yesterday. I haven't made it yet - need to go buy some applesauce first! Do you add things to yours before you bake it?

Bailey and Olivia LOVE it! I add all kinds of stuff to it. The first time I made it I didn't add anything so I would know what the batter was supposed to look like.
Good luck!!!

I usually don't add extras. Sometimes I make it using baby food carrots or sweet potato instead of the applesauce. Just mix it in a BIG bowl so you can get it totally mixed. The first time I made it when I went to put it in the pan there were a lot of dry spots. It is really thick, kind of like quick setting cement mix. And it is slighly green. Follow the baking directions exactly. I use a loaf pan and it comes out good all the time.

I got it mainly to try for Ziggy - though the rest of the fids usually like any kind of birdy bread - so I figure they'll eat some too. Jim - have you had luck getting Cricket to eat fruits/veggies etc? I'm still working on Ziggy.
