What are your opinions about this product?

DARFORD VEGGIE-HEARTS
For birds and small animals

Ingredients:
Barley Flour, Oatmeal, Dried Potatoes, Brown Rice, Canola Oil, (preserved Naturally with Mixed Tocopherols and Lecithin), Blackstrap Molasses, Organic Sweet Potatoes*, Organic Carrots*, Dried Alfalfa, Rolled Oats, Organic Peas*, Organic Apples*, Organic Blueberry Pomace*, Organic Cranberry Pomace*, Organic Ground Flax Seed*, Dried Green Peppers, Dried Red Peppers, Kelp, Chlorophyll, Yucca Schidigera, Rosemary Extract.

Guaranteed Analysis:
Crude Protein Not Less Than 10.00%
Crude Fat Not Less Than 6.00%
Crude Fiber Not More Than 7.00%
Moisture Not More Than 10.00%
KCalories (per 1.2 gm biscuit) approx 4

The product line carries many varieties of Dog Biscuits as well as small animal and Bird Biscuits. They're from Canada and I've not been able to find an online source for them. LINK: Darford

They look great as far as the ingredients go but please notice that not all of them are organic. Peppers and potatoes are not and they both belong on the list of dirtiest crops. Funny thing is, the peas are and they are one of the cleanest crops.

That caught my eye also. IMO, they would be a perfect crunchy treat if those two items were organic.

I've sent an email to the company asking them to point me in the direction of an online source to purchase. I'll post a picture if I get them.

Also wanted to say that this is the first Parrot Biscuit I have seen that is not in the 20% protein range!

They sound tasty, but I don't think Ruby would have a thing to do with them. She doesn't like crunchy.
