I think this was the site where I read about a special food. It was a parrot food that had everything in it in case your parrot won't eat veggies (or won't eat a complete diet)...I just can't remember the what the food is called. I'm not even sure it was a food...or maybe something you add to the food...There was link to a website that explained this product..I think it was posted somewhere on this site...I'm taking Harrison to the vet tomorrow and want to ask the vet about it...if anyone knows what the heck I'm talking about, please let me know...thanks!!!

I feed Pita Zupreem Natural Pellets, fruit pellets, vegie pellets. He loves fruit, but not to keen on vegies besides corn.

There's a really good recipe for birdie bread that has vegies in it, and Pita LOVES it....He gets it everyday, I just mix different things in with it so he doesn't get bored of it.

I'm not sure if it fits your description exactly, but red palm oil is pretty popular... you add it to wet food.
