Kimba, are you referring to Cacao beans that are used to make chocolate or is there another kind?

yes, so I am assuming they would not be good, but I saw them on nuts online, and it got me thinking if the beans which are more like nuts, are ok and it is chocolate that is not? Just wondering.

I would say definitely not; Along with a lot of fat Cacao beans contain theobromine and caffeine.

No, no cacao beans for birds. They are not good for them... besides, I doubt they would eat them.

I thought so, but wanted to check. I was wondering if it would be like jardines who relish coffee beans in the wild without any ill effects. But you wouldn't give a roasted coffee bean to a captive parrot, probably wouldn't trust a raw cofffee bean myself.
