you really ought to get your bird to a vet as soon as possible, especially if you think the wing may be broken.

I agree with Emily...get him to a vet. Did you clip his wings yourself?

If the wing hangs lower than the other the Humerous bone in the wing is broken, Best to get this bird to a certified Avian vet right away.
Something for you to concider, If your office is away from your home then I would reccomend you bring the bird home with you, something in your office has startled your bird.

Can you give us more details? Did you find the bird or have you owned it? Do you know what kind it is Can you describe it to us?? Was the wing like this before you clipped it or did it struggle? Was there any blood?

A Jamaican Parrot...ok...not sure. Can you take a pic and post it so we can see the wing? Do you have a vet near by?

It sounds like a Jamaican amazon, and it needs to see a vet, the wing could very well be broken or dislocated, if it does not see a vet and it starts to heal the bird will end up crippled.
Otherwise known as a blacked billed amazon.

Sometimes if you are not experienced in wing clipping you can clip to short causing damage, you need to have your bird looked at by a avian vet. Also I would not recomend leaving a bird in a air conditioned room.
