|  Blackhead disease in Guinea Fowls Hi all, A friend of a friend has a disease called Blackhead disease in their Guinea Fowls and are loosing them quickly. They think there is no treatment. Anyone out there have any info I can pass on for them? Thanks so much! Kathy | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Re: Blackhead disease in Guinea Fowls Nothing from my own experience. A search on Google turned up lots of results, and the emphasis seems to be on prevention and control, with not much about treatment. I found one reference to the drug Dimetridazole being used as a treatment to control outbreaks. A consultation with an Avian Vet might turn up something more. | |||||||||||||||||||||
