I am able to call her anytime night or day. I have her home and cell numbers. She calls me periodically for updates and always calls before she leaves town for a vacation or a conference to check on the K's and to see if I am concerned about anything. She has offered to come to my home so Kady doesn't get too stressed by going to the office. I could go on and on about all she has done above and beyond what she's expected to do. To sum it up though, I consider my relationship with my AV a privilege and I couldn't imagine not having her here helping to see that K&K get the best. |

& of course they do make mistakes.
It really is important to always have a trust relationship - even if it's your mechanic. |
