Emily, I know! Isn't that strange? If you look up Gourmet Pet Supply, they list the BA products but not the two organic ones!

I'm interested in trying this. Pickle likes BA's Apple Carrot Harvest, which I freeze in mini-muffin sized liners to have on hand. I thaw one in the micro and give him one most afternoons before I head into the office.

i ordered "for the love of ginger" a few weeks ago from the perch store. i gave it to ivy all last week and she seems to really like it. smells great when it's cooking, that's for sure. it's a little more expensive compared to the other beak appetit varieties, but i suppose that is to be expected with organic stuff. i recommend!

Ohhhh, good to hear that Ivy likes it! I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to order. My guys like Ginger in the Birdie Bread I make, so I hope they like this. Thanks Emily!

Thanks for the information. Being somewhat new to the bird food game, its nice to be informed about new changes, especially in a name change for Beak Appetit. I am still getting used to the variety of options that a parrotlet can have. I was to the point of, when I went to the pet store(exotic bird store only), just getting a sample of everything for small hookbill birds such as Buddy. I think they thaught I was crazy, but I want lots of things for him to try and if he likes it we get more, if he doesnt, well bye bye that food. He is a little spoiled. I still havent tried Beak Appetit, yet but, I want to, so I am glad to know of the change. Does any of you have any suggestions of what to try specifically?~Jenna
