I hope you can get to the bottom of this Emily- I don't have any more ideas about what it could be.

Those of you that live in Fl, are ya'll still under the Red Tide Alert? my brother Den(lives in Satelitte Beach) told me a few weeks ago the Red Tide was at its worst. you cant actually go to alot of the beachs either. That could also be of concern espicially if the winds are carring inland. the Red Tide is actually a red bactria (algea) the bAD kind that kills off everything.

My mother and sister told me red tide was real bad about 2 months ago- the birds did not seem affected though.

To my knowledge & I live 20 mins from Satellite Beach....red tide was over in January. My business is across the street from the beach and I was having coughing spells and flu like symtoms from it...but its gone now.

MOF: 2 weekends ago they released a bunch of sea turtles in Indian Harbor Beach & Indialantic (5 mins from Satellite Beach).
