Hi all! Well Zakiya is starting to come around with hubby. Her screeches/growls aren't as loud as they used to be when he tried to pick her up. And son can go near her with no screeching now. Whew. But it is funny to hear hubby talking to her as she is yelling at him. "Now seriously, why do you do this everytime? You know I'm the only one who gives you treats?" It's cute. She will hold onto my hand as I swing her around and she flips upside down for a biiigggg ride while hanging from one foot! She lets me lay her on her back too. She lets daughter and I "hug" her like the avatar picture. I squeeze her just like I am hugging someone with a big kiss to her cheek. She loves it! She is very vocal. She makes all sorts of noises and beginning of words and it amazes me as she is only 6 months! We live on a lake and when my son takes his friends on the boat, he says he can hear her out there! My neigbor loves to whistle and talk with her from her yard too. She has the best personality, kindof aloof, but loving towards me and accepting of some. I just hope when my pup comes, she won't change. I feel badly for the puppy already as I can see her whistling for him and telling him to lay down, sit etc already! Even hubby has said that! This should be interesting. The saga will continue......

I loved your post! It's obvious how much Z is loved, and it sounds like things are just going wonderful! I can hug Ollie like you described too- not a day goes by when I don't steal 3 or 4 of 'em!
