I can't believe how much they change in a week! Does anyone know how how old babies are, approximately, before they start to express their personalities? I can't wait till I start to visit him!

Scarlett is the only fid I got to know when she was really young. I started visiting when she was about 8-9 weeks. I visited every week. It wasn't until she was about 11-12 weeks that I noticed her really coming into her own and having a personality. Before that she was just kind of there and quiet and not really active. But it was like one week she was all of a sudden full of spunk and energy and would let you know what she did and didn't like. And I have to say that she is just now (after being home a month) finally starting to get really comfortable and affectionate with us. She is finally coming to us wanting to step up and be snuggled.

I'm going to agree with Tiffany and say about 12ish weeks. Ollie was 8.5 weeks old when I got her, but all she really did was eat and sleep! Around 11 weeks I moved her from her little baby cage into her big girl cage. It took her a few days before she really started playing and making silly noises.
