What type of bird dishes do you use? Please cast your answer in the poll. You can give multiple answers. Is there a reason you prefer the type you use?

I voted both SS and plastic. Both Ollie and Dakota have 3 SS bowls each in their cages. They came with the cages. I have plastic food containers in Ollie's travel cage, deeper and with a cover to prevent the water from spilling as much. Other than the fact that the shape of Ollie's plastic bowls make them rather difficult to clean, I don't really have a preference over the material they're made of. I don't think the birdies care either!

Depending on the bird, but I like stainless as it is non breakable, lighter weight for me carrying several at once! LOL I have a problem with getting the correct size for some on our cages, so I do use crock also.

I have stainless for Boca, Ceramic for Libby and plastic for the Budgies and Finch. The Grey's also have water bottles.

i use stainless steel in the cages because they are easy to clean and more sanitary, IMO. on perches, i use the quick lock crocks because they are easy to remove, clean, and replace

I use stainless steel for water or juice and the seed/pellet mix but disposable paper plates for the gloop, veggies and fruits which are also sometimes skewer on the branches along with the leafy greens.

I like the stainless steel because of the sanitary reasons, but when I feed my two small ones, they get one of my good china dishes to eat off of,LOL!!! Aren't they spoiled!LOL! But I do like and would use the ceramic dishes, and plan to buy some soon.

The aviaries all have stainless. The night cage for the suns has plastic but it gets very dirty and the suns destroy. I wish there was stainless that would fit. The budgies have mini stainless dishes or normal size parrot stainless in the aviary as they all like to eat together.

Papi, Jewel, Carmen, and Twtich have stainless.... I like them much better.. Screech has plastic just because its what the cage ame with and I never really found the need to buy stainlesss for it even though I keep meaning to. Jackie's cage came with plastic, but they are small, so I have a larger stainless bowl in there for her water and two cermaic bowls for her nector (dry and wet). I have a few larger ceramic bowls I use for treats now and then, like on the cofee table if they ome to watch tv with me. I also have a eramic bowl on top of Jewels cage for fresh vegies when shes eating them outside of her cage. I like the Stainless the bestr cause they all have locks so they cant pull themn out and throw them. And the cerami are heavy enough that most of them cant knowck them over, although Jewel has recentlyu learned that she can.
