| Re: What type of bird is this? It's a Queen of Bavaria all right. You have to have a permit to own 1. I actually had the privilege of seeing 1 at the bird store here a few years ago. She was waiting to go to her new home. Ok, now where was I...  A while ago, can't remember when or where (mighta been BT) I read that they were considering putting the Golden Conure (Q-of-B) in the Ara genus. | |||||||||||||||||||||
