Hey everyone! It's me again...with a question.

Where do you take your fids? Do they leave the house with you? Do they go to work with you?

It always seems that there is no where to go with them! I am thinking of asking my boss if Mikey could come to work with me...I think he'd have a great time

i take valo if i visit bird-friendly friends (such as gayla) or to my BF's parents' or to my BF.... for those visits he comes anytime

in the summer he comes on more trips with me, such as the coffee shop, work (sometimes - if i have little lab work, or he goes to the main office - our secretary is in love with him and he gets treats), or friends.

I saw a video on youtube of someone bringing their macaws to PetCo with them. I don't know if I'd risk it!

I take Ceilidh anywhere that he's allowed to go. Bob and Arthur don't really care to go adventuring, so they pretty much restrict their trips to the Hut for nail trims, and the occasional trip to Powell Butte on a leash. As Bob HATES the Feather Tether, that doesn't happen too often......

If the weathers warm enough and I have errands he goes with me. We go to Petsmart (he loves that), Home Depot, Post Office, yesterday we went to the framers. He just sits on my shoulder, and poops...lol He likes riding in the car. Everyone loves him, and he's a really good boy when we go out.

Ollie and I don't really go to a lot of public places together. She travels with me quite a bit, but usually to visit family. I don't think my town is a very bird friendly town, and I would probably get kicked out of just about everywhere with her on my shoulder!

Molly goes on long road trips with me on my shoulder. She sits on my shoulder while walking my dog also.
I visit greenhouses a lot in the spring and summer. I asked them last year and they all said to bring my birds. I'll probably do that this year. I would love to take them to Home Depot with me, I just get a little nervous about getting kicked out.

I don't take my birds to any bird stores (other than Bird Paradise). I would never take them to bird marts or bird fairs for fear of them catching something. I do take them occasionally to my BF's house. They all travel very well.
